These Terms govern your access to and use of the Hub51 Consulting (the “Platform”), operated by Brixxs Ltd and its affiliated entity Hub51 Company. The Platform includes MediSoft Platform and the broader Hub51 family of vertical products. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Platform” means the Hub51 Consulting and all related vertical products, including MediSoft Platform. “Organization” means the entity that provisions your access. “Ai” refers to the artificial intelligence agents and workflows available on the Platform. “User” means any individual accessing the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and only for authorized purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Ai agents and workflows operate under the configuration and approval policies set by your Organization. Hub51 is a Vertical AI platform and does not provide medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing material Ai-generated actions before they are executed, as configured in your approval policies.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Hub51 applies role-based access control, audit logging and secure data handling to protect information across all verticals.
All Platform software, branding, designs and content are the property of Brixxs Ltd, Hub51 Company and their licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to process unlawful content. Violations may result in suspension of access.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Brixxs Ltd and Hub51 Company disclaim warranties and are not liable for decisions made based on Ai-generated outputs without appropriate human review.
Your Organization or Hub51 may suspend or terminate access in accordance with your service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
